Let's stop and think about that quote for a minute.
Did you let it sink in yet?
Did you let it sink in yet?
For all my young readers out there who can relate in being an introvert in an extrovert world. Yes, it is okay to be in the background. That doesn't mean, you are less or that you are not confident.
It is the other way around, you see?!
It is the other way around, you see?!
Because you are certain of yourself, you don't have the need to belong.
You just are.
You don't feel the need to scream so others can notice you.
You just speak and people listen.
You just are.
You don't feel the need to scream so others can notice you.
You just speak and people listen.
You don't feel the need to bring others down.
You get inspired by their uniqueness.
You are silent but never shallow.

When I'm writing these posts, at the same time they are kind of a catharsis for me in my personal journey to self-love and self-acceptance. So don't think you are the only one that is struggling. It is a part of life, to experience, to feel. This post is surely going on my personal mantra list.
Nothing wrong in being silent.

VerwijderenI love that quote! I consider myself an introvert as well, but blogger and connecting with fellow bloggers such as yourself has forced my out of my shell. Virtually at least! I love this styling by the way!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI know exactly what you mean. Still it is okay ot want to stay in the shell, at least that is my current journey.
